2 Easy egg-less cookie recipe:
Ingredients:

-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract/ powder
-1 cup Al Baker all purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-3 tablespoon Al marai liquid milk
-1 tablespoon Hershey’s chocolate chips
-2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Method:
-First mix melted butter and powdered sugar very well.
-Add vanilla essence / powder.
-Add all purpose flour and baking powder.
-Mix well and slowly start adding 3 tablespoon of liquid milk.
-Knead the dough very well but not too much.
-Half the dough into two.

Wow, I never thought that this could so easily be done. I think with all the time that we have, it’s a good idea to getting into some baking. I think you should write a follow-up article to bake in the absence of an oven.

Oh yum! These even look like something I can whip up! I’m a great cook but not a great baker because I don’t like to measure! I’m keeping this recipe to try.

Interesting. I’ve never used that kind of milk before. How is that different from regular milk?
Admin · April 29, 2020 at 4:17 pm
It’s a normal liquid milk which we use in daily life.
